Membership and Meetings

Individual membership of York Environment Forum is £5; groups/organisations £10.

Membership of York Environment Forum is open to representatives from any appropriate groups, organisations or businesses with an interest in environmental matters, as well as individuals and parish councillors (subject to the terms of our Constitution).

Meetings are monthly at City of York Council’s West Offices (4.00-6.00pm) and observers are always welcome. We have a number of subgroups, which are in line with our themes. They are transport, waste, the natural environment, the built environment and One Planet York. The subgroups have regular meetings (transport), occasional meetings or operate ‘virtually’.

Minutes are posted on this website. The dates and focus of meetings are published in the monthly News section.

To attend a meeting as an observer, or apply for membership of York Environment Forum, please contact the Chair, currently Penny Bainbridge.

Membership forms are available here: YEF MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
